Combat IT took the lead project management role liaising with other contractors to ensure that the project progressed and was completed within the required timescale and to the required standards. Technologies were stabilised and upgraded, broadband services with improved resilience deliver greater capacity and faster services improving the IT experience by reducing delays and enhancing ease of use. Introduction of the latest wireless capability in the first stage of the project insures its seamless uptake in the future reducing future costs and disruption.
By taking a proactive approach to the support of the IT infrastructure, Combat IT have reduced incidents, failures and downtime reducing the management overhead in relation to it releasing precious resources to focus on the companies core functions.
